Installation Guide

This guide will walk you through the process of installing Simply Mail on your system.

System Requirements

Before installing Simply Mail, ensure your system meets the following requirements:

• Windows 10/11, macOS 10.15+, or Linux (Ubuntu 20.04+)
• 4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended)
• 500MB free disk space
• Internet connection for initial setup and updates

Download Simply Mail

1. Visit the Simply Mail download page
2. Select your operating system
3. Click the download button for your platform

Installation Steps

Windows

1. Run the downloaded .exe installer
2. Follow the installation wizard
3. Choose your installation directory (default: C:\Program Files\JW Limited\Simply Mail)
4. Select additional components (optional):
   • Desktop shortcut
   • Start menu entry
   • File associations
5. Click "Install" and wait for the process to complete

macOS

1. Open the downloaded .dmg file
2. Drag the Simply Mail icon to the Applications folder
3. Open Simply Mail from the Applications folder
4. Follow the first-time setup wizard

Linux

1. Open terminal and navigate to the download directory
2. Make the installer executable:

   chmod +x simply-mail-installer.deb

3. Install using your package manager:

   sudo dpkg -i simply-mail-installer.deb
   sudo apt-get install -f

First-Time Setup

After installation, Simply Mail will guide you through the initial setup:

1. Create or sign in to your JW Limited account
2. Configure your email accounts
3. Choose your preferred theme and layout
4. Set up email signatures
5. Configure notification preferences
