Inbox Organization
Simply Mail organizes your emails automatically to help you focus on what matters most:
Priority Inbox
The Priority Inbox automatically identifies and highlights important emails based on:
- Sender relationship (contacts you interact with frequently)
- Email content and keywords
- Your interaction patterns with similar emails
- Time sensitivity of the message
Categorized Views
Simply Mail provides multiple inbox views to keep your emails organized:
- Primary: Important person-to-person messages

Email Scheduling
Send emails at the perfect time:

- Click the dropdown arrow next to the "Send" button
- Select "Schedule send"

- Confirm the schedule
Scheduled emails appear in your "Scheduled" folder until they're sent. You can edit or cancel scheduled emails at any time before sending.
Follow-up Reminders
Never forget important follow-ups:
- Open an email or select it from your inbox
- Click the "Remind me" button in the toolbar
- Choose when you want to be reminded (later today, tomorrow, next week, or custom date)
- The email will reappear in your inbox at the specified time
